Smooth purchase, good theme

I bought the Spacious Pro theme last week. The website was easy to navigate and the purchase process was straightforward. I received my download links and license key immediately after payment. Installation was simple, and the demo import worked well, though it took a few minutes to fully load everything. I had a minor question about font options, and their support team replied within a few hours with a helpful link to their documentation. The theme itself is clean and responsive. It would be nice if there were more pre-built page templates included, but overall, it's a solid product for the price. I'm satisfied.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third time purchasing a theme from ThemeGrill, specifically the Zakra Pro for a new client site. Just like with my previous orders for ColorMag and eStore, the download was instant and the theme installed without a hitch. Support was quick to answer a small question about demo content, taking about an hour. Always a solid choice.

Good deal on Pro version

I was looking for a good theme for my small business site and decided on Flash Pro. I found a decent discount, which made the pro version very affordable. The features included are definitely worth what I paid, much better than the free options I was looking at. The setup took me a bit longer than I expected, but I got there. Happy with the value.

Alright, but delivery was late

I bought the Spacious theme for a client's site. The theme itself is good, pretty flexible for different business types. My only real complaint was that it took a little longer than I thought to get my license key and download link after purchase, probably about 6 hours. It wasn't a huge deal but I was trying to get the site set up that day so it pushed things back a bit. The theme works fine now, no issues with its features or anything like that.

Solid theme, decent value

I purchased the eStore Pro theme and the process was pretty smooth. I was looking for something robust for an online shop, and this theme delivered on features. The demo importer worked well, and I had my site looking decent in a few hours. I did find the customization options a little overwhelming at first, so there was a learning curve, but it's powerful once you get the hang of it. Documentation was helpful. It's a good theme for the money, especially if you plan on diving deep into the settings. The yearly subscription model is fine, but I do wonder about long-term costs versus a lifetime deal.

Love my new theme!

I just got the Cenote theme for my new blog and it's fantastic! The customization options are so intuitive, I had my site looking great in no time. I was a bit worried about setting it up, but it really was easy. I will definitely be back to get their LMS plugin for my next project. So happy with this purchase!

Works as expected

Got the ColorMag theme. Installation was quick. It looks professional. Happy with the purchase. No problems.

Good theme, slow support

I bought the Zakra theme for my personal blog. The theme itself is solid and fairly easy to customize, which was a big plus. It looks clean and loads fast enough for what I needed. However, when I ran into a small issue with a plugin conflict, it took about 3 days to get a response from support. The answer was helpful once it arrived, but the wait was a bit frustrating. Overall, it's good value for the price, but don't expect super speedy customer service.
